3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has started.

  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Additional revisions or customizations beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution

  • Share necessary content, credentials, and approvals on time

  • Respond promptly to communication to avoid delays

Delays from the client side may impact timelines, and Brand High Digital will not be held responsible.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, creatives, and deliverables remain the property of Brand High Digital until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, final deliverables may be used by the client for their business purposes.

  • Brand High Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Revisions & Modifications

  • A limited number of revisions will be provided as per the selected package.

  • Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver the best results, Brand High Digital does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings on search engines

  • Exact leads, sales, or ROI outcomes

Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., ad platforms, analytics tools).
We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in third-party policies

  • Platform downtime or algorithm updates

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Misuse or unethical practices are detected

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

Brand High Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Business losses due to service delays or platform issues

  • Technical issues beyond our control

All client information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for project execution purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
